This book is about exploring what feelings and emotions can be felt in different situations.Â
The examples in this book have been adapted from real life events.
Where I cannot comment on what young people should feel, I have recieved excellent feedback from psychologists on this book.
This book also has space in the back for young people to help identify their own feelings.
